FERPA Statement

Callins College abides by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974, as amended. FERPA protects the privacy of student educational records. Students have the right to inspect and review records, request amendments, and file complaints. Educational records include all information directly related to a student and maintained by the College, in any form. Certain records, such as security logs, health records, and personnel files, are excluded. Directory information may be released unless restricted in writing.
